Oklahoma Healthy Schools (OKHS) Project

The purpose of the Oklahoma Healthy Schools project was to identify school building features and designs that influence student performance with the purpose of developing a decision-making tool for use by school decision makers and public users when planning new school building construction and renovations. Specifically, the project studied the association of building features that function as moderators of Indoor Air Quality, Structural Hardening, Sustainability, and Healthy Learning Spaces in relation to student performance. This site represents a culmination of the information gathered through the OKHS Project and serves as a public use decision-making tool for school building construction and renovation. We encourage users to add content as more information is discovered.
